Gene Tilbrook has been appointed as deputy chairman of Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr Tilbrook is a prominent WA businessman and presently serves as a non-executive director of Orica, GPT Group and Woodside Petroleum. He is also a director of Bell Shakespeare Company and a councillor of Curtin University. In addition to this, Mr Tilbrook is a long-standing member of the AICD who has served on the Institute’s national board since July 2013 and is also a former president of its Western Australian division.
