AHG terminates Vmoto distribution deal

Automotive dealer Automotive Holdings Group says it will no longer distribute Vmoto branded scooters and related merchandise in Australia.

AHG managing director Bronte Howson said the decision will not impact on the group's performance.

"This is a highly competitive industry segment that we believe can be better handled by another distributor," Mr Howson said.

In a separate statement, Vmoto said it will announce a new distributor for the Australian market in the coming days.

Shares in Vmoto were untraded at 13 cents while shares in AHG were up five cents to $2.65 at 13:22 AEST.
