ABM management and board appointments

Helen Garnett and Richard Procter have been appointed non-executive directors of gold explorer ABM Resources.

Dr Garnett currently holds directorships at the Australian Centre for Plant Functional Genomics, the Museum and Art Gallery, NT Foundation and Sugar Research Australia.

She also holds non-executive director roles at Carbon Energy and Energy Resources of Australia, and chairs Delta Electricity.

Mr Procter is a mining engineer with 30 years of international experience and is currently the chairman of Millennium Minerals.

Interim non-executive director Louis Rozman will step down from the board.

Mining Engineer Craig Dawson was appointed general manager operations at ABM.

Mr Dawson is a non-executive director of Indochine Mining and previously held the role of general manager operations at Sandfire Resources.
