DECLAN KELLY 96fm general manager
Declan Kelly started his radio career with 96FM in sales in the late 1980s. In 1993, Radio 94.5FM in Perth hired him as sales manager, following an extremely successful growth period.
Two years later ABC America approached him with the opportunity to move to Europe to become group sales director for 13 radio stations located in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Holland and Italy. In 2000, following five very successful years in Europe, Mr Kelly decided to return to Perth. In September 2000 he was hired as sales director for 96FM and his role was expanded to take in 6PR in January of 2001.
Mr Kelly was appointed general manager of 96FM and 6PR in August 2002.
