Must Winebar founder, director and executive chef, Russell Blaikie, is a leader in the hospitality arena.
Born in Busselton, Mr Blaikie has worked in some of the world’s best kitchens and is currently creating world-class excellence at his popular Highgate winebar.
He has significant industry experience, having worked for the Dorchester Hotel in London and also spending time as a director in Perth’s No 44 King Street.
Must Winebar opened in late 2001 and employs 23 people.
