Rowan Streater is the managing director of Mayfair, a Western Australian company focused on building aged-care, medical, commercial and residential projects.
Beginning his career as a carpenter in 2015, Mr Streater has built Mayfair into a business with more than 30 employees and two integrated trade companies.
