Reuben Saul is a lawyer and registered migration agent with significant experience across a wide range of Australian immigration law. He has managed teams of refugee lawyers under the Australian government’s Immigration Advice and Application Assistance Scheme (IAAAS), obtained working visas for businesses, and assisted individuals with family reunion and General Skilled Migration.
Mr Saul regularly represents clients in review tribunals, the Federal Circuit Court and the Federal Court, and an extensive understanding of government processes and document procurement. He is admitted to the High Court of Australia, and to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Mr Saul is chair of the Migration Institute of Australia’s Continuing Professional Development Committee, and often delivers training sessions on complex migration matters to other agents and lawyers.
