Phil Matera is the owner and founding director of Matera Electrical, launching the company in 2003. Having trained as an electrician in the early 1990s, Mr Matera started Matera Electrical Services with only a rented factory space, a van and 4 staff members. Since then, the company has expanded to employ over 100 staff, including 12 apprentices.
