Philip Christensen has over 30 years of experience in the corporate/M&A area in Australia and overseas.
He is the sole director of Christensen Legal, a Brisbane-based boutique law firm practicing general corporate law with a focus on the coal mining sector. Prior to forming Christensen Legal in July 2013, he served in range of roles including as executive director of an Australian coal exploration company, chair of a non-listed base metals exploration company, and was a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills for 23 years where he was predominantly advising companies within the resources sector.
