Nick Goodridge has been the head of industrial for WA at JLL since July 2015, having joined the company in 2011. He became the senior director and head of logistics & industrial WA in May 2016 before moving across to Cushman & Wakefield in March 2023 as national director & head of industrial and logistics for Western Australia.

Mr Goodridge has provided advisory and brokerage services within the West Australian industrial property for over 15 years, and has developed an extensive network of clients including property trusts, syndicators, private investors, major occupiers, industrial developers and the WA State Government.
