Michael Corboy

Commissioner / Corruption and Crime Commission

Edwin Michael Corboy was appointed commissioner of the Corruption and Crime Commission in 2025, having served as deputy commissioner since July 2024.

Mr Corboy served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Western Australia from 2010 to 2023 and was formerly an attorney at Norton Rose Fulbright.

He pursued economics early in his career and lectured in the subject at universities in Western Australia and Scotland.
