Lindsay O’Sullivan is founded Tenet Advisory in 2025, a Perth-based consultancy focused on strategy execution, governance, technology adoption and leadership capability.
Mr O'Sullivan joined Keystart Home Loans in October 2016 as executive director of operations before becoming chief operating officer in April 2018 and interim chief executive in November 2023. After leaving Keystart in 2025, he briefly served as interim chief executive of Bethanie Housing Limited. Prior to Keystart, Mr O'Sullivan was chief operating officer at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of WA and held a number of leadership roles within Bankwest, Herbert Smith Freehills and National Australia Bank in Australia and the UK.
He has served on not-for-profit, government and private company boards for over 10 years including with Artrage and Fringe World Festival from August 2010 to February 2022.
