Keith has worked in the wine industry for over 20 years with a focus on improving production efficiencies. In more recent years Keith has been involved in the Wine Industry National Environmental Committee (WINEC) with developing and rolling out EntWine which is the name for the new national environmental certification code for viticulturalist and wineries.
