Mr Barnes founded marketing consultancy Rocket Launcher in 2020 and launched community focused Perth Networking Club in 2021.
He is a visual artist, LGBTQIA+ advocate and keynote speaker.
Mr Barnes holds a Bachelor of Communications in Film & Video and Creative Technologies and a Master of Business Administration from Edith Cowan University.
