John Williams

John Williams was the managing director of Western Australia at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and was responsible for the day-to-day management of JLL Perth, the largest commercial real estate firm in the West Australian market. He was also responsible for capital transactions of CBD office assets and major development sites for government, institutional and private clients. In January 2022, Mr Williams stepped down from the role and shifted his focus to JLL’s capital markets business. He departed from JLL in July 2023, after close to three decades at the company, to establish his own consultancy Williams Property Advisory.

Mr Wiliams was inducted into JLL's Australia Hall of Fame in 2017.
