Jess Karlsson

Jess Karlsson moved from the NT to WA after being appointed chief executive of Cahoots (formerly Kids' Camps) in September 2015, bringing along her expertise in executive management in the not-for-profit sector including individualised services in recreation, youth, children, indigenous and disability services for almost a decade. Past community engagement and volunteering activities include being a Rotary Club board member, event coordinator for nationally recognised community event, finalist for Territory Young Achiever Of The Year for two consecutive years, community coach and volunteer for a range of activities including delivery of disability recreation services. Ms Karlsson has also actively advocated for charities by advocating and leading physical challenges in fundraising activities such as climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, abseiling down Central Park Perth, and cycling 500km to Uluru in one day.
