Jane Tandy (Irwin) co-founded Leeuwin Wealth in 2024, after serving as chief operating officer of Canaccord Genuity Australia from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that she was the chief operating officer of Patersons Securities for 4 years and spent over 16 years with the company prior to its acquisition by Canaccord.

Ms Tandy is a member of the Women in Stockbroking working group, finalist for the Positive Progressive of Women Award in 2018, and a nominee in the 2019 40under40 Awards.

She was a board member of the not-for-profit organisation Carers WA for eight years.
