George Victor Kailis is an Australian hospitality operator and the founder of Kailis Hospitality Group, a Western Australian restaurant group known for venues including Gibney Cottesloe, The Shorehouse, Magic Apple Wholefoods and the upcoming Sorrento Beach Precinct. He was named the WA Good Food Guide Hospitality Operator of the Year in 2019.
George Kailis is the son of Victor Kailis, who founded Fremantle restaurant Kailis' Fish Market in 1989.
