SearchFrank Wilson
Frank Wilson was founding chairman of the then TFS group having been appointed on 28 March 2000. In December 2006 he was appointed to the role of Executive Chairman, a role which he held until 10 November 2011 when he resigned from the Board of Directors. On 12 June 2012 he was re-appointed to the Board of Directors in the role of executive director. In March 2017, following TFS' rebrand to Quintis and attacks on Quintis' credibility by activist shortseller Glaucus Research, Mr Wilson resigned as managing director to take up a role at a then undisclosed company intending a potential takeover of Quintis. He was previously the Managing Partner of the legal firm Wilson & Atkinson, which specialises in taxation, property and commercial law.
