Frank Wilson

Frank Wilson was founding chair of then TFS group, having been appointed on 28 March 2000. In December 2006 he was appointed executive chair, a role which he held until 10 November 2011 when he resigned from the board. On 12 June 2012, he was re-appointed to the board as an executive director. In March 2017, following TFS' rebrand to Quintis and attacks on Quintis' credibility by activist shortseller Glaucus Research, Mr Wilson resigned as managing director to take up a role at a then undisclosed company intending a potential takeover of Quintis. He was previously the managing partner of legal firm Wilson & Atkinson which specialises in taxation, property and commercial law.
