Frank Marra

Frank Marra joined LandCorp in 1994 and was chief financial officer with responsibility for overseeing the evaluation of land development projects. In 2019, LandCorp merged with the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority to form DevelopmentWA where Mr Marra remained as chief executive until October 2022.

Prior to LandCorp & DevelopmentWA, Mr Marra held roles at the Department of Treasury and the former State Housing Commission (now the Department of Housing).

Mr Marra was awarded Chief Financial Officer of the Year in 2012 by the Institute of Public Administration Australia (WA).

He holds a Bachelor of Economics, Post Graduate Diploma of Business, completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University in 2013, and is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
