Frank Cooper AO has more than 35 years experience in corporate tax, specialising in the mining, energy and utilities sector.
Mr Cooper was director of Alinta Infrastructure and Alinta Funds Management from 2005 to 2006, and chair of the Insurance Commission of Western Australia for a decade until October 2022. He has also been a member of the University of Western Australia Strategic Resources Committee, West Australian Football Commission, and State Health Research Advisory Council.
Mr Cooper was a finalist in the Business Award category of the 2019 Western Australian Of The Year Awards.
