David Johnstone

David Johnstone is an experienced executive and chair who has been actively involved in businesses for over 35 years. He has successfully started, owned and operated a vast range of businesses. He gained experience nationally and internationally in tech startups, selling, licensing, merging and acquiring businesses, having also arranged funding for management buy outs along with the successful placement/ listing of companies on the London Stock Exchange and the Australian Stock Exchange.

Mr Johnstone is also a keen investor, chair and advisor to various technology companies within the communications, finance, insurance, risk management and sporting sectors.
