David Granville is a highly experienced manager with an extensive background in the disability sector. He has a reputation in analysing key issues and current trends that impact on human services, with a particular emphasis on disability services, within the state, national and international contexts. Mr Granville worked in the disability sector for nearly 30 years across Commonwealth and State Governments and the not-for-profit sector. During his years in government, he gained considerable sector-wide experience in service design, the development, implementation and management of numerous strategic projects and extensive experience in disability policy having worked for a number of Ministers for Disability Services. Mr Granville was the divisional manager of client services at Good Samaritan Industries from July 2016 to August 2019 where he oversaw its disability services and Disability Employment Services, individualised services and NDIS readiness.
