Chris Farquhar has extensive experience as an entrepreneur, investor, senior executive and board member at multiple businesses across ICT and resources. His experience encompasses security, mobile commerce, telecommunications, industrial automation and sensor networks. He joined Perth software company iCetana in April 2016 and was appointed chief executive and a director in August of that year. He has founded three technology companies, including Wired City and Inhabit-IT. He spent an extended period based in the Silicon Valley area of California. Since returning to Australia in 2010, Chris has been actively facilitating technology investments and structured financing. This included being a case manager for federal government agency Commercialisation Australia. He is the Chairperson of the Entrepreneurs' Programme Committee, a sub-committee of Innovation Australia.
