EY was the first of the big three accounting firms to make a significant splash in property, luring former Colliers International agency director Brett Wilkins in 2012 to head up its real estate advisory practice. He left in 2016.
Mr Wilkins has had a long track record in the Perth property market operating the local Coldwell Banker franchise for a decade, as well as previous experience as agency director for Jones Lang Wootton.
He is probably best known for his role as managing director of foreign-owned Hawaiian, a significant CBD and retail property owner.
