Bill Shorten

Bill Shorten is an Australian politician. He was the Leader of the Labor Party and Leader of the Opposition from 2013 to 2019. He is also the Federal Member for Maribyrnong. Mr Shorten worked as a union organiser, union secretary, as a member of the ACTU Executive, as a Member of Parliament, and as a Minister in a Labor Government. He became Shadow Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme & Shadow Minister for Government Services under the Albanese government in 2019.
