Ben Smith’s career spanned hyper-growth consumer brands before he pivoted to use his talents in the for-purpose sector. Mr Smith is a former managing director of frank green, and has held senior roles with 2XU and Poppy Lissiman. Returning to Perth in 2023, he joined Holyoake as executive general manager, growth, innovation and marketing. In 2025, Mr Smith was promoted to chief executive of the not for profit.
