Anthony Rowbottam is the general manager for Lendlease's communities business in Western Australia. The key leadership role, based in Western Australia, Mr Rowbottam is responsible for leading the state's community projects including Alkimos Beach and Coolbellup, and looking for new business opportunities. Mr Rowbottam has over 25 years' experience and previously held a number of leadership positions with Delfin, Urban Pacific and Brookfield Multiplex where he built a national portfolio of 15,000 lots. Prior to joining Lendlease, he was director and co-owner of Acuitus which is a specialised advisory firm assisting foreign investors in the Australian residential market.
