Andrew Vinciullo advises on a wide variety of commercial and corporate disputes including contractual disputes, construction adjudications and court proceedings, consumer and financial services law, and disputes pursuant to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and related corporate legislation. He regularly appears as counsel on contested and uncontested applications in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts of Western Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, and has been involved in alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Mr Vinciullo had also assisted on multi-jurisdictional banking and financial regulation disputes in the United Kingdom. He also has significant experience advising on public liability, product liability and general insurance disputes.
Prior to becoming a partner of Hopgood Ganim Lawyers' dispute resolution practice in March 2024, he was a special counsel of Jackson McDonald, spent almost 4 years as special counsel of construction & dispute resolution at HFW, and almost a year as special counsel at HopgoodGanim.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Diploma of Arts (International Relations and Political Science) from the University of Western Australia, and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
