Allen Lafferty

Allen Lafferty is a chartered accountant with over 35 years of experience in public practice, covering all aspects of the profession. He retired from SLS Accounting in 2015 and remains as a consultant. Mr Lafferty was company secretary for Mt Gibson Mining, Medic Vision, Dry Creek Mining and various unlisted mining companies. He was a founding director of Simba Minerals which merged with Tanga Resources (then named Argentina Mining) in 2013 and was director of Argentina Mining between 2013 and 2014. Mr Lafferty was instrumental in all of the seed capital raising activities to fund Simba.
