Allan Hawke

Dr Allan Hawke was the Australian High Commissioner to New Zealand from 2003 to 2005. He has high-level insights into emerging influences on Australia's business and broader social environment, a profound understanding of Federal Government processes from his 30+ years in the Commonwealth Public Service, and extensive contacts in the private and public sectors. Dr Hawke is a distinguished Australian who held senior public service roles under both Liberal and Labor Governments. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Institute of Public Administration and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and he holds a Bachelor of Science (1st Class Honours) and a Doctor of Philosophy from the Australian National University.
