Alison Balch

After working towards a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and PR, and undertaking an MBA in Integrated Marketing Communications, Alison Balch spent over 12 years in marketing for businesses across a vast range of industries in Australia, New Zealand, London, Calgary and New York. She focused heavily on business development, strategic and online marketing. A drive to understand consumer behaviour has led her to undertake further training in Consumer Neuroscience and Neuromarketing to learn how behavioural psychology can positively influence marketing decisions for businesses large and small. Ms Balch started her marketing agency, AmpersandMC (formerly Halo Communications), in December 2012 to bring a more flexible, creative and collaborative approach to marketing for small businesses.
