Adrian Fini OAM is a director of Hesperia and has been involved in the property and the construction industries in Western Australia for over 35 years.
He has created some of Perth’s most progressive residential, commercial, hospitality and retail projects, including the heritage regeneration of the State Buildings in the Perth CBD.
Mr Fini is the former chief executive of Mirvac Fini in Western Australia, and a former executive director & board member of Mirvac Group. Aside from property, his fortune was boosted in the early 2000s by the listing of and later takeover of Little World Beverages which traded as Little Creatures. Mr Fini had funded the business, among several hospitality ventures he has invested in.
He is a long-term partner in FJM Property, a private investment company with a diverse portfolio of investment properties and businesses. In July 2020, his business Fini Group merged with Linc Property under the name Hesperia. However, four years later the business was split again, into H-U and Hesperia. He is a director of H-U. As a result, Fini Group was reborn as a family office.
Mr Fini has many philanthropic interests such as the Snowdome Foundation. He is a long-term supporter and board member of Perth Festival, and a board member of the University of Western Australia Business School.
In 2014, he was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia for his contribution to the arts. In 2016, Mr Fini received the most prestigious award in the state – Western Australian of the Year – for his contribution towards shaping a better, contemporary city of Perth. In the same year, he was also awarded Western Australian Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2023, Mr Fini was named Property Leader of the Year at the WA Property Awards.
