Weebit-Nano

Established in WA: 2015
Incorporated in Israel in 2015, Weebit-Nano has been built around memory and semiconductor technology that was invented by Professor James Tour of Rice University in Houston, Texas. Weebit has developed its ‘resistive random access memory’ technology which it considers to be a more viable, reliable and faster alternative to regular flash memory products. In November 2015 the company launched a bid to list on the ASX via a reverse takeover of Perth-based company Radar Iron. The deal completed and Weebit-Nano was admitted for listing on the ASX in August 2016.
