Charitable OrganisationsRise Network, originally called Hills Community Support Group, is a multi-award winning not-for-profit organisation providing community support services in Western Australia since 1983.
Through a staff and volunteer workforce of over 400 people, Rise provides support to over 2000 people from the frail & aged, those with a mental health issue, people with disability, vulnerable youth, and the families & carers of all of those people.
Rise's vision is "To build on the capacity within each individual to achieve their personal potential".
Rise has since established itself as a provider of proactive highly personalised services that deliver support to many members of the West Australian community, their family and other supporters.
