Peritas is a national civil and structural engineering design consultancy headquartered in Perth, with a second office in Melbourne.
It supports projects across water infrastructure, transport, traffic, temporary works, public infrastructure, mining, marine and coastal, industrial, government and defence, commercial, and agricultural.
Founded in 2008 by three brothers as Structural Focus, Peritas began its structural consulting services out of a house in Northbridge.
In 2013, the civil department was established. Since then, the single office has expanded to three, and the civil and structural teams have grown to over 60 staff across Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane.
The name Peritas is derived from the Latin word Peritus, meaning expert, theologian or consultant.
