The Good Chat Foundation is a Perth-based charity with a focus on improving mental health through sport participation, making exercise accessible for children and young adults with mental health challenges, and providing postvention support to community sporting clubs.

Its Mental Health Sporting program is designed for households from low socio-economic backgrounds, providing their child with a 12-month sporting sponsorship to improve therapy outcomes.
