Fero Group

Fero Group is a fully integrated national steel manufacturing and anti-corrosion service company and a provider of products and services to the oil & gas, mining, civil, marine, commercial, industrial, and residential industries. Founded in 1972 by brothers Mario and Ernesto (Andy) Franco, the Fero Group was acquired by private equity-backed DSI Underground in October 2018. DSI was acquired by Sandvik in 2021.
