In 2007, Professor James Trevelyan first invented the prototype for what would become the Close Comfort personal air conditioner. After years of market research and testing in different countries and climatic conditions, the first Close Comfort units went on sale to customers in 2016.
In 2021, Close Comfort was rebranded to Coolzy.com, with a focus on continued research and development to further improve and enhance the performance and experience of our personal air conditioning solutions.
