
Commodity Ag is a farming business focused on grain and livestock production in Western Australia. The company is owned by fifth-generation farmers, the Richardson family.
As of 2024, the company had a property portfolio made up of 13 properties with 21,300 arable hectares around Gnowangerup in the Great Southern, 100km north of Albany, and produced about 59,000 tonnes of grain a year.
The company also owned a 1200-head feedlot to background Angus steers for Coles, a 10-truck rural transport fleet, and the Duraquip heavy vehicle trailer fabrication business.
In 2024, Commodity Ag opened a grain export facility in the port of Albany.
