Choice Living Homes

Choice Living Homes WA is a boutique new home builder that began trading in July 2015. It had previously been a business unit of Projex Management & Construction Pty Ltd, which is part of the Nicheliving group. Choice Living was established as a separate entity in mid 2015, initially with Projex as a 50 per cent shareholder. Managing director Mario Nenadic moved to full ownership of the company in September 2015. The company has a wide range of contemporary home designs, from simple, understated styles to suit first home buyers, to elegant statement homes. Choice appointed administrators in February 2018.
