The Australian Property Collective was founded in 2017 and is a property syndication, project management, marketing and sales business with a focus on urban residential infill sites for small lot subdivision and build in the Perth metropolitan area. APC also pursues broad acre subdivision opportunities as well as boutique apartment developments, when price points can demonstrate good value against the median house price rather than at a high-end luxury price. The business undertakes development through syndicated, special purpose investment vehicles, raising funds from both its own resources and third party investors.
