Altech Advanced Materials is a Frankfurt-listed German company. In July 2019 Altech Chemicals announced a planned deal whereby Altech Chemicals would acquire a 29 per cent stake in Youbisheng Green Paper, which would rename itself Altech Advanced Materials. AAM would then purchase an option to acquire 49 per cent of Altech Chemicals' alumina project.
