Larvotto strikes high-grade jackpot at NSW antimony-gold mine

With its Hillgrove gold-antimony mine now in production, Larvotto Resources has unveiled more high-grade drill results from the Blacklode and Midas lodes, including a stellar 20.5m assaying 9.4g/t gold equivalent from 199m in the Blacklode structure, featuring 6.2m at 27.2g/t gold equivalent from 207.6m. The company also announced a new lode discovery, dubbed “Echidna”, where drilling hit 11.2m assaying 6.7g/t gold equivalent from just 63 metres depth, including 3.2m assaying 17.5g/t gold equivalent from 71m.

Dalaroo unearths fresh gold clues 1.25km from African discovery

Dalaroo Metals has hit a 34-metre-wide zone of alteration and quartz-sulphide veining in drilling 1.25km along strike from its recent high-grade gold discovery at the Bondoukou project in Côte d'Ivoire. The company says the geology is visually similar to the earlier discovery hole that returned 18m at 7.31g/t gold. Assays for the new hole are pending.
