Liam Twigger has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, and was the head of Macquarie Bank and Bankers Trust Investment Bank in Perth. Mr Twigger was also a WA State League soccer player and a state representative at both senior and junior levels.

Mr Twigger was the managing director and principal of PCF Capital Group, a boutique corporate advisory and investment banking firm focused on the mining sector, from August 1999 to July 2021 when PCF merged with stockbroking and corporate finance firm Argonaut. Mr Twigger became a shareholder and executive deputy chair of Argonaut.

Mr Twigger is the former chair of Football West having stepped down in 2019 after 11 years on the board and 6 years as chair. He is chair of TSX and LSE listed SolGold Plc, an Ecuador focussed copper and gold explorer and chair of Lunnon Metals Limited, an ASX listed Kambalda focused nickel explorer and developer.
