Bernard is a Consulting Partner at WCA Solutions and leads the HR delivery team who provide outsourced HR solutions to clients operating across Australia and New Zealand in a range of industries including Mining, Oil & Gas, Government, Health & Medical, Education, Finance & Accounting, Legal, Marketing & Advertising, Aged Care, Fisheries, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Software Development industries.
Bernard supports client Leadership Teams and Boards across a range of industries to develop and implement strategies to achieve their people objectives. Bernard has successfully supported clients overcome people performance, behavioural, procedural and system barriers to achieve positive business outcomes.
Bernard has gained his experience through working across many facets of Human Resource Management and has held roles including Senior Recruitment Consultant, HR Advisor, HR Manager and Global Human Resources Director. Bernard has worked in Australia and in the US and has a successful track record in delivering Human Resources best practices to maximise people performance, systems and processes to achieve bottom-line business outcomes.
In the capacity of Global HR Director, Bernard was responsible for the development and delivery of the human resources in support of 15 Location Directors, across 10 countries with more than 1200 personnel.
Acknowledging his business acumen and leadership, Bernard was promoted to Senior Vice President, INTECSEA WorleyParsons Group with full profit and loss accountability of Australia and New Zealand operations. In this role, Bernard was responsible for driving the performance and strategic direction of more than 150 engineering and support personnel based in Perth and Melbourne.
