Andy Hurt

Andy Hurt heads the NEC Solutions Group, a business unit designed to drive the development and maintenance of NEC Australia’s solution portfolio across Lifeline Infrastructure, Communications, Safer Cities and Public Services, and Industry Eco-Systems.

He brings strong strategic capabilities to this role as he oversees the collaborative alignment of NEC’s product, service and solution offerings that leverage local and global R&D capabilities of both NEC and its partners. Critical to the success of the Group is its ability to exceed customer expectations throughout the lifecycle of their NEC deployments.

Andy was promoted from within the leadership team where he had been Director of Communication Solutions.

With a career spanning over 25 years, he has a proven track record in propelling businesses to new levels. His industry experience includes senior management roles across operations, sales and marketing with organisations such as Honeywell, 3Com and Avaya.
