Andrew is a chartered accountant and business consultant with over 25 years' experience.  He leads the Perth practice of Vantage Performance and is a member of its Board.

He assists distressed and under-performing businesses to recover and provides strategic business advice and advisory board services to performing businesses. He has spearheaded change initiatives, led full-scale restructuring plans and turnaround efforts, overseen sale negotiations, and delivered best-practice corporate governance and risk management solutions.

Andrew typically acts as a strategic advisor to directors and senior executives of large unlisted or small listed businesses facing critical, challenging or unusual situations. He applies deep financial skills, risk analysis and commercial common sense to design creative strategies and implement practical solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
