The law firm committed to a 12-year lease across 2,500 square metres across and one and a half floors in the fully-leased building.
According to Business News Data & Insights, Minter Ellison is the state’s second largest law firm and Herbert Smith Freehills is the largest.
“We’re seeing tenants gravitate to premium buildings like One The Esplanade in locations that provide their staff with a healthy workplace through design and amenity,” he said.
