Frasers Property has launched the final stage of its Queens Riverside apartment precinct in East Perth, with inner-city apartment specialist MLG Realty appointed as exclusive selling agent.

The last stage of the project, Lily at Queens Riverside, will comprise 126 apartments across two buildings, which will be linked by a sky bridge.

Lily on Hay will be a five-level building, with just 18 apartments, while Lily on Moreau is set to be a seven-storey mid-rise tower.

The ground floor will also feature retail and commercial tenancies, including a restaurant and a cafe, while the Lily on Moreau building will incude a 21-metre glass artwork by the Kidogo Artists Team.

The buildings were designed by Perth-based Botica Architects, while interior design work will be undertaken by ViviDesign.

The entire precinct, once complete, will comprise 500 apartments in three buildings, as well as 236 hotel suites at Fraser Suites Perth.

Frasers Property Australia sales director Paul Lowe said there was significant pent-up demand for the final stage of the project.

"With Fraser Suites Perth now open and QIII just about to be completed, people can now see the quality of the precinct for themselves," Mr Lowe said.

Coinciding with the launch of Lily, Mr Lowe said Frasers had appointed MLG Realty as its exclusive sales agent.

There are around 22 apartments yet to be sold in the QIII tower, 40 to be sold in the QII building, being constructed by JAXON, while MLG will also facilitate the sale of the 126 apartments yet to be constructed at Lily.

"As a global organisation, Frasers has established an internationally recognised brand that is renowned for its high-end and design leading developments," MLG Realty director Cindy Lee said.

"We couldn't be more proud to be chosen by Frasers as its exclusive sales agent for Queens Riverside."

Negotiations with a construction contractor for Lily are ongoing.

The Queens Riverside precinct is set to redefine the eastern gateway to the city.
